Occupational Therapy
Alpha Care Health Services of Wisconsin provides a qualified and licensed Occupational Therapist services. These services shall include but are not limited to:
- First visit within 5 days of referral by a physician to determine your or your loved one’s immediate care and support needs.
- Thorough initial assessment, reassessment and evaluation of your level of functioning by applying diagnostic and prognostic procedures,
- Guiding you in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities to improve function,
- Instructions in adaptations necessary for performance of daily living and,
- Design and instructions in the use of adaptive devices.
Physical Therapy
Alpha Care Health Services of Wisconsin provides qualified and licensed Physical Therapy services. These services shall include but are not limited to:
- First visit within 5 days of referral by a physician to determine immediate care and support needs of you or your loved one,
- Initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment to determine level of functioning,
- Evaluating you by administering muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability testing,
- Treating you to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance, utilizing teaching, exercise, massage, and applicable treatments and modalities and,
- Directing and assisting in active and passive exercise, muscle reduction, and functional training, activities of daily living, including transfer activities and prosthetic training.
Speech Therapy
Alpha Care Health Services of Wisconsin provides qualified and licensed Speech Therapy services. These services shall include but are not limited to:
- First visit within 5 days of referral by a physician to determine immediate care and support needs of you or your loved one,
- Initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment to determine level of functioning and,
- Assessment, reassessment, evaluation, testing and rehabilitation services for those with speech, hearing or language disorders.
